Stoneacre Properties has for the past 20 years been offering high quality investment properties. In 2005 our building and refurbishment project management service was created. We work with buyers and sellers in order to add enhanced value to properties whether for investment potential or simply to live in.

Summer 2008 saw the opening of our first high street office in Harrogate Road, Chapel Allerton where we provide a one stop Property Shop offering residential sales and rentals, in-house mortgage advice, reports and surveys, commercial sales and rentals. This is augmented by Professional legal and conveyancing services provided by solicitors, Graham Stowe Bateson who have opened their seventh branch on-site.

We are also working in conjunction with Taxes - Tax Expert Shops who offer full tax and accounting service for individuals and small businesses alike.
