Ben began his career as a Junior Negotiator with a large corporate company.
After vigorous training and experience, he was instrumental in quickly developing ‘Stoneacre Properties’ which has grown into a leading sales and lettings Estate Agency.

Ben is now a Director of various property service and investment related companies and works alongside investors to advance their property portfolios.

Andrew joined in May 15, as ‘Business Manager’, with the key responsibility of accelerating Stonacre’s ambitious North Leeds expansion plans.
His heavyweight experience in the property industry, working at agents such as Foxtons in London, (one of the Uk’s leading property agents), combined with his raw talent and enthusiasm, make him the perfect candidate for this key role.

Peter Davies MNAEA
Commercial Sales and Lettings
Peter has been active within the property market for over 20 years and has a vast amount of knowledge within all sections of the industry. His enthusiasm, drive and determination has steered ‘Stoneacre Commercial’ to become a strong and successful Leeds Commercial Agency, offering Sales and Lettings.

Jordan joined the Stoneacre team at the very start of 2012 as part of
an apprenticeship scheme. After graduating, Jordan became a fully
trained employee of Stoneacre Properties. During his career, he has
become valued by both our Sales and Lettings clients. Jordan’s drive, energy
and passion for property has shone through, resulting in him recently being promoted to a Senior Negotiator.

Rich joined the Stoneacre team during the busy summer of 2015 after spending almost 4 years working in Australia. His enthusiasm and bubbly personality makes him an integral member of the team and has adapted extremely well to the fast paced industry.

After working in the US, Luke initially worked at Whitkirk, and has now moved to the Stoneacre Properties team at Chapel Allerton. His enthusiasm, work ethic and warm personality make him a fantastic addition to any team.
Gemma is one of our newest members of the Stoneacre team; she started in summer 2014 as a part time sales negotiator. You will probably
meet Gemma on weekend viewings where she will make sure you are greeted with a smile and friendly face. Gemma is very passionate and enthusiastic about property- after graduating from Leeds University, Gemma wants to pursue a career in the property industry. She is looking forward to learning more about the industry as an employee at Stoneacre Properties.

Property Portfolio Manager
Robert joined the Stoneacre team during the busy Summer of 2013 to head our property management department.
Joining Stoneacre with years of experience, Robert oversees the day to day management of our large portfolio and ensures that the properties are well maintained and looked after.
During his career at Stoneacre Properties, Rob’s patience, professionalism
and caring attitude has become valued by our landlords, tenants and contractors.

Lucy has worked within the property management department since September 2014. Lucy previously worked as a Teaching Assistant in an Independent School. Lucy’s calm and patient approach is an asset to the Property Management team at Stoneacre Properties.
Likes: Keeping fit, Music festivals and going on holiday.
Having worked in a property management background, Cath also brings experience from a legal perspective on the sales side and has worked as a PA in various past roles. Joining Stoneacre in August 2014 was “just the best thing”, she says, and she has embraced her Accounts Administrator role with a passion.

With over 20 years in the financial services industry, Mark can offer our
clients financial advice in all areas including mortgages, insurance, pensions and investments. Mark’s mortgage advice extends to cover residential purchases and remortgages, buy to let mortgages and commercial property finance. Mark is based at our Chapel Allerton branch and is available both there and at Whitkirk at flexible times to suit you.

Errol joined the Stoneacre Mortgages team as a fully qualified mortgage
advisor who also has over 14 years’ experience in both the residential investment property sector. He can offer both mortgage and protection advice on residential and buy to let mortgages or re-mortgages.
Errol is based at our Chapel Allerton branch and is available both there and at Whitkirk at flexible times to suit you.

Office Dog (The boss!)
George joined Stoneacre Properties aged 15 weeks with absolutely no experience whatsoever yet has become the most popular Estate Agent in Leeds! He has made a meteoric rise up the company ranks, through his leadership, boundless energy and enthusiasm. His duties include licking stamps and greeting all our clients! George is a very busy chap who splits his time equally between our branches, as you can see below in our feature “A Working Day in The Life of George”

Property / Maintenance Manager
Due to the expansion of our company, an exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of 'Property / Maintenance Manager' within our busy North Leeds (Head Office) Letting Department.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working and organised individual who is able to work as part of a team.
We are a modern, proactive and energetic team serving the general public within the property market across Leeds.
With an individual property management portfolio of around 150 properties, the successful candidate must be an organised, hard-working and professional individual.
