Katie’s passion for property started 9 years ago when she began working as a Lettings Negotiator during her university holidays and she knew this would be the career for her. On finishing her degree at University of Warwick she became a Sales Negotiator for one of the largest Estate Agents in the country and became the top selling negotiator in Yorkshire within her first year. Since then she has enjoyed success in both corporate and independent estate agents across North and West Yorkshire gifting her with a great knowledge of both the sales and lettings markets, whatever the economic client. Katie has a great enthusiasm for providing a friendly and proactive service and her main goal is for Stoneacre to make the moving process as stress free as possible for all of our clients. Jordan joined the Stoneacre team at the very start of 2012 as part of an apprenticeship scheme. After graduating, Jordan became a fully trained employee of Stoneacre Properties. During his career, he has become valued by both our Sales and Lettings clients. Jordan’s drive, energy and passion for property has shone through, resulting in him recently being promoted to a Senior Negotiator.

Rich joined the Stoneacre team during the busy summer of 2015 after spending almost 4 years working in Australia. His enthusiasm and bubbly personality makes him an integral member of the team and has adapted extremely well to the fast paced industry.

Gemma is one of our newest members of the Stoneacre team; she started in summer 2014 as a part time sales negotiator. You will probably meet Gemma on weekend viewings where she will make sure you are greeted with a smile and friendly face. Gemma is very passionate and enthusiastic about property- after graduating from Leeds University, Gemma wants to pursue a career in the property industry. She is looking forward to learning more about the industry as an employee at Stoneacre Properties.

Lucy has worked within the property management department since September 2014. Lucy previously worked as a Teaching Assistant in an Independent School. Lucy’s calm and patient approach is an asset to the Property Management team at Stoneacre Properties.

Nicola Joined the lettings department at Stoneacre in June 2016 having previously worked in the security industry for 9 years. Beth Joined Stoneacre’s property management department in early November 2015, having previously worked in the insurance industry. With a long-standing interest in property, she is looking forward to expanding her skills and knowledge in this specific area of the Stoneacre business.

I joined the vibrant team at Stoneacre Properties in early September 2015, after working at a Letting Agent for the previous 2 years. Within my first few hours at Stoneacre Properties, I had fallen in love with the company and their enthusiasm for the industry, which has increased my own passion to further my knowledge of the property industry.

Assistant to Director
Jenna joined the team in late December 2015. Having previously worked in the childcare industry and spending her summers in sunny Marbella, she decided to have a change of career. Working alongside our MD, Ben Jacobs and studying for a business qualification, she is aiming to learn and build skills in which support her role as a fully trained employee of Stoneacre Properties.

Having worked in a property management background, Cath also brings experience from a legal perspective on the sales side and has worked as a PA in various past roles. Joining Stoneacre in August 2014 was “just the best thing”, she says, and she has embraced her Accounts Administrator role with a passion.

Paul started working with the Stoneacre team at the start of 2016 as our independent Compliance Consultant ensuring that all of our clients receive a professional level of service at all times. Paul has over 37 years experience in the Estate Agency industry hence carries a huge wealth of experience in Residential Sales and Lettings. Paul now acts as a self-employed compliance consultant and works with Stoneacre Properties on a part time basis. Paul is married with 2 Children and enjoys anything connected with family life.

With over 20 years in the financial services industry, Mark can offer our clients financial advice in all areas including mortgages, insurance, pensions and investments. Mark’s mortgage advice extends to cover residential purchases and remortgages, buy to let mortgages and commercial property finance. Mark is based at our Chapel Allerton branch and is available both there and at Whitkirk at flexible times to suit you.

Errol joined the Stoneacre Mortgages team as a fully qualified mortgage advisor who also has over 14 years’ experience in both the residential investment property sector. George joined Stoneacre Properties aged 15 weeks with absolutely no experience whatsoever yet has become the most popular Estate Agent in Leeds! APPRENTICE Sales and Lettings Negotiator
Due to the expansion of our company, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an APPRENTICE position as a Negotiator in our Sales and Lettings department.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working and organised individual who is able to work as part of a team and most importantly - a candidate who wants to learn and succeed!
We are a modern, proactive and energetic team serving the general public in the property market across Leeds.

Applicants should possess:
- As this is an apprentice position, previous experience is not required. Just a desire to learn, work hard and build a career.
- Driving license (vehicle not required however license is)

The main duties for this apprentice role will include:
- Communicating with our clients (Applicants, Sellers and Landlords)
- Selling and letting properties to prospective buyers and tenants and arranging viewings with applicants
- Communication with both sellers, landlords and applicants and dealing with telephone and online enquiries
- Negotiating the terms of a sale / let
Full training will be provided over the course of one year for this initial 12 month position.
Initial £10,000p/a annual salary, HOWEVER should a candidate prove themselves, a revised competitive contract may be offered after the course of one year.
The successful candidate will be enrolled onto the government training scheme and aim to obtain an industry based NVQ during the training period.
We have successfully enrolled various candidates into Apprentice schemes with various long standing members of our full-time team having begun their careers as Apprentice members of our organisation.

Lettings & Sales Administrator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of 'Lettings and Sales Administrator' within our busy North Leeds (Head Office) Estate Agency.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working and organised individual who is able to work as part of a team.
We are a modern, proactive and energetic team serving the general public within the property market across Leeds.
No experience is required as in-house training will be provided.
Must be an enthusiastic, motivated individual with good communication skills, as well as being punctual and able to deal with clients at all levels. Good email skills and conscientiousness work ethic required!
Working hours provisionally Monday-Friday, 8.45am-5.30pm, however to be discussed / can potentially be flexible for the right applicant.
- To assist with answering telephone calls and emails in a professional, friendly manner
- To be responsible for the administration of a tenant moving into a rental property and assist the Lettings Team with their administrative duties
- To assist the Branch Manager with data entry of properties onto our software
- Be customer facing both within the company premises and offsite if required
- To assist in office based activities to support the other needs of the business when required
The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualities…
- Ideally candidates should ideally have 1 years’ experience woking within an office environment
- Highly organised, enthusiastic and motivated
- Should be team orientated and able to adapt well to new and exciting situations
- Be competent with writing and responding to emails
- Good telephone manner and presentable at all times
