Director
Ben began his career as a junior negotiator with a large corporate company. After vigorous training and experience, he was instrumental in quickly developing 'Stoneacre Properties' which has grown into a leading sales and letting agency. Chapel Allerton Branch Manager
Simon has worked within the Estate Agency industry for 25 years and has a wealth of experience in all aspects of the property market. Having spent most of his career working in London, Simon is able to offer unique and exciting marketing ideas, therefore achieving the best results for our clients.

Zach Mehdizadeh
Lettings Manager
Zach started life at Stoneacre as a part time Lettings Negotiator. Zach has now developed into a highly skilled and accomplished Lettings Manager. Zach handles all aspects of lettings from the initial enquiry to the daily management queries involved when managing a large property portfolio.

Stephen Binks
Negotiator
Stephen has now established himself as a valued member of our team. His negotiating skills have earned him excellent reviews from all of his clients. Steve's enthusiasm for the property industry makes him a perfect candidate for this role.
Jordan is our newest Negotiator who joined the Stoneacre team at the beginning of 2012. During his career at Stoneacre Properties, he has become valued by both our Sales and Lettings clients. Nicole is the newest member to join the Stoneacre team. Since joining, she has proven to be very popular with both our landlords and tenants by being totally focused on her work. Nicole works alongside our lettings and accounts team to support them to provide the excellent service which Stoneacre strive to offer.

Peter Davies MNAEA
Commercial Sales and Lettings
Peter has been involved within the property market for over 20 years and has a vast amount of knowledge within all sections of the industry. His enthusiasm, drive and determination has steered 'Stoneacre Commercial' to become a strong and successful Leeds commercial agency offering sales and lettings.

Beth Wilson
Weekend Negotiator
Weekends at Stoneacre can be hectic and to assist our team in accompanied viewings, Beth joined Stoneacre on a part-time, weekend basis. Her input to Stoneacre has been valued by all. Her bubbly personality and professionalism make her a perfect addition to the Stoneacre team.

Head of Maintenance
Tony heads our property maintenance division. His experience, professionalism and personality make him the ideal candidate in the day-to-day running of our management department.

George joined Stoneacre Properties aged 15 weeks with absolutely no experience whatsoever yet has become the most popular Estate Agent in Leeds! His duties include licking stamps and greeting all our clients!
