Terms & Conditions

Application and Reference Fees

Our highly competitive application fees should be paid at the time of submitting your application. Applications will not be processed prior to receiving this fee. This fee will not be returned in the event of the following criteria;- tenant withdrawing, failing our referencing checks, tenant unable to proceed with the application or if the application is rejected due to false or misleading information.

Individuals Application Fee (per applicant)	£85.00 inc VAT
Guarantor Application Fee (per applicant)	£45.00 inc VAT
Company Application Fee	£125.00 inc VAT

All prospective tenants aged 18 and above who intend to live in the property must each complete a separate form. Companies and Guarantors should use the appropriate alternative form which is available on request.

Proof of identity such as a drivers licence, passport or other photo ID must be provided together with a utility bill or statement proving your current residence before any contract is signed and therefore prior to any tenant moving into a property.

References

The application form will be used to take up references and we will contact the named individuals and organisations. Please notify them that they will be contacted.

Guarantor

If the applicant has only a limited credit history or limited income a guarantor may be required. The guarantor agrees to pay the rent and accepts all other obligations of the tenancy agreement if the tenant fails to do so. The guarantor must also complete the Guarantor Application Form which they can obtain from this page or by contacting us at the Stoneacre office.
