Fund raising for 'Homeless Street Angels'

Since the formation of the Charity 'Homeless Street Angels' in 2017 we at Stoneacre Properties with the help of our staff, our clients and people in the community have supported their fundraising activities.

The previous two years fund raising involved us promising to donate £1000 to the charity if 250 chocolate bars of any description were delivered to either of our offices in North and East Leeds and thanks to the generosity of the people in Leeds this target was easily achieved. 

Due to COVID-19 we need to minimize the number of people visiting our offices but at the same time continue to raise some funds for the charity which in these difficult times is needed now more than ever before.

SO HOW CAN YOU HELP?

For each property that is placed with us 'For Sale' in November and December 2020 and is subsequently sold by us at any time in the future we will donate £100 each time to the charity.

Bearing in mind the savings to be made on Stamp Duty, and that we have enjoyed record results in the last 3 months, we are confident with your help, last year’s contribution of £1000 will be substantially exceeded.

Our North Leeds Sales Manager, Kate Johnston said,

"I have no doubts whatsoever that bearing in mind the substantial savings to be made on Stamp Duty which has already contributed to a record last quarter, this new incentive will result in Stoneacre making a substantial contribution to the Homeless Charity over the coming months.

"For those of you who don’t know, Homeless Street Angels is an award winning charity. Just a few of the things they do include handing out hot and cold food, clean clothes, toiletries for Homeless people and ongoing support for people they have helped to rehouse in the Leeds area".

Our East Leeds Branch Manager, Tammy Nottingham said,

"Over the last two years we have loved receiving the chocolate gifts to pass on to the charity. Knowing our clientele and local community as I do, I am sure the Charity will benefit enormously from this incentive".
