Q: What are the first steps to selling my property?
A: The first step is to speak to one of our property experts for a market appraisal and valuation of your property. Because we specialise in clearly defined areas of Leeds our valuations are highly accurate and we will give up-to-the-minute advice on the best strategy for marketing your property.

Q: What about advertising my property?
A: We will prepare detailed particulars of your property together with colour photography by specialist property photographers, and importantly, comprehensive floor plans where required. We make full use of both traditional and social media to promote your sale, including pro-actively matching your property to buyers we know are seeking to move.

Q: Property websites too?
A: Of course. Not only will your property be featured on our own very successful website, but also on the most popular national property sites including Rightmove and

Q: Tell me more about social media, which seems to be the place to be these days?
A: We’re a young team so very experienced with social media. We understand how buyers use social media to get early notice of properties they may be interested in. Our iPhone App for example lets buyers search for properties for sale or to let, allowing them to view constantly updated property details, along with property images and floor plans. Using this App, interested buyers can call or email us directly as well as linking to Twitter and Facebook.

Q: Presumably you are open when buyers are likely to be looking for or viewing properties?
A: Yes, we are open six days a week and if a prospective buyer wishes to view your property outside of our office hours, with a little notice, we can arrange this too.
